The Online Timekeeping system has a built in timesheet printing option which is located on the Employee List screen.
Before you can print timesheets, you must first select one or more employees from the list. To select employees, either click and drag
or use the "CTRL" key to make multiple selections. You may also use the select all icon from the toolbar to
print timesheets for all employees on the list.
Then click on the "Timesheet" button and you will see the Timesheet and Report Format option menu. Please see the information about each option as
listed below and also take a look at the sample timesheet .
Another useful feature found on the Detail Entry screen is the column of the employee
list. This tells you the number of timesheets that have been printed for the employee. If there is no number, then no timesheets have been printed
using the Online Timekeeping system.
- WITHOUT ENTERED HOURS - prints employee timesheet(s) with all the current pay reporting line information. This will be
the best choice to distribute to your employees at the start of a pay period, so they can accurately report their hours and obtain authorized signatures.
When the completed and approved timesheet is returned to the timekeeper, it should be retained as the formal audit copy per policy ( ).
Suggestion: we have found it helpful to print the timesheets on colored paper, so employees are less likely to lose them.
- WITH ENTERED HOURS - prints employee timesheet the same as above, except with all entered hours. It is required that you provide employees a copy timesheet indicating entered hours. We have a sample of
this type of time sheet for you to view.
- TIME ENTRY VERIFICATION REPORT - this option does not print a timesheet, but does print a report for each selected employees showing entered hours. Also refer to the Hours Reports screen.
- TIMEKEEPER AUDIT REPORT - this option does not print a timesheet, but does print a report showing all selected employees with entered hours. Also refer to the Hours Reports screen.
- BLANK TIMESHEET - prints a blank timesheet without any employee information or pay reporting line information.
- PRINT - clicking this button will start the print process. Make sure you have properly set up and selected the printer you will use to print timesheets or timekeeping reports.
- CANCEL - clicking this button will cancel the print selection menu, returning you back to the Employee List screen.
