CLASS INFO

Who Should Attend Training?

Online Timekeeping training is intended for employees who are designated timekeepers directly involved in maintaining employee time records and subsequent verification of output from Payroll.

In order to provide accurate payments to employees and also satisfy internal and external audit directives, proper timekeeping procedures must be followed. Participants will be instructed on policy and procedures and upon completion, will be capable of implementing time entry online.

In addition, participants will gain basic knowledge of various situations through hands-on activities and the presentation of problems and solutions. Participants are encouraged to bring actual timekeeping problems for discussion. Whether the participant is an existing timekeeper or a new one, we believe they will find both the system and training a positive experience that will help them be successful and productive.
