- Replace current paper PTR process
with electronic method for Pilot group.
- History of hours as entered.
Ability to browse and report on those hours. Same
level of information as cost distribution report.
- No prior supervisory signoff
before submitting hours. (Internal Audit to
provide guidance, if any, before rollout.)
- Timekeeper can submit their
personal hours since review of charges (DOPEs and
LASRs) is departmental responsibility.
- Capability of producing a
timesheet report.
- Reports required which have not
been identified.
- Continue printing PTRs until
online system implemented in each timekeeper
area. Some departments may not have
hardware/system capability.
- Add System Text (ie.,instructions
for holiday pay, etc.).
- Pop-up browser for
appointments/distributions.

- "Warning" message when
exceeding Leave and Workstudy hours.
- Individual time entry capability
on WWW (if approved by Audit and deemed
practical) Survey.
- Browser for client/data.
- Add a "notes" selection
to detail screen.
- Add a "note" section for
timekeeper use that would print on timesheet.
- Interactive.
