STAGE 1 - September 1996
  1. Replace current paper PTR process with electronic method for Pilot group.
  2. History of hours as entered. Ability to browse and report on those hours. Same level of information as cost distribution report.
  3. No prior supervisory signoff before submitting hours. (Internal Audit to provide guidance, if any, before rollout.)
  4. Timekeeper can submit their personal hours since review of charges (DOPEs and LASRs) is departmental responsibility.
  5. Capability of producing a timesheet report.
  6. Reports required which have not been identified.
  7. Continue printing PTRs until online system implemented in each timekeeper area. Some departments may not have hardware/system capability.
  8. Add System Text (ie.,instructions for holiday pay, etc.).
  9. Pop-up browser for appointments/distributions.

STAGE 2 - Spring 1997
  1. Time entry by non-primary timekeeper.
  2. Daily refresh of data and rules set up.
  3. Ability to download data.

STAGE 3 - Summer 1997
  1. Capability of "spreading" leave hours.
  2. Link to DOPE, PAR, and LEAVE.
  3. "Warning" message when exceeding Leave and Workstudy hours.
  4. Individual time entry capability on WWW (if approved by Audit and deemed practical) Survey.
  5. Browser for client/data.
  6. Add a "notes" selection to detail screen.
  7. Add a "note" section for timekeeper use that would print on timesheet.
  8. Interactive.
