Let's get started, the first thing to do is enter your userid and password. Click on the "Logon" button or press the enter key to continue. You may also choose to change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" button before logging on.

If you are encountering problems when trying to logon, please consult our Troubleshooting Guide. Keep in mind, that you must first complete the Online Timekeeping Training Program, before you will be authorized access to the system.

  • USERID - This six character code is assigned by ACT security. Please consult your Departmental Security Administrator (DSA) for more information or visit the ACT Security Access Webpage. A valid userid is required in order to access and use the UCSD Online Timekeeping system.

  • PASSWORD - This code is initially assigned by ACT secuirty when you are authorized to access the UCSD Online Timekeeping production server. You may change it at anytime by entering your "userid", as described previously, and your current "password", then clicking the "Change Password" button. If you experience problems with your password, please contact the ACT Security desk for assistance.
