Business Contracts Current RFI's, RFQ's and RFP's Business Contracts is a service of UCSD Purchasing, located in the Central Purchasing offices at Torrey Pines Center, South, Suite 350. Please contact Kim Carnot at (858) 534-4436 for questions relating to: business contracts service agreements incoming purchase orders other agreements which were formerly processed by the UCSD Business Office nondisclosure agreements This division can provide advice and assistance to departments in developing and coordinating other business agreements such as: large or multiple-discipline procurements unusual projects interpreting, drafting and negotiating complex contracts and business agreements Staff will review proposals, documents, agreements and plans involving establishment of business relationships between UCSD and one or more outside entities, will provide problem-avoidance advice and recommendations, and will assist in problem resolution when necessary. Business Contracts does NOT provide assistance regarding contracts involving the following areas: Real property (contact Real Estate Development) Construction contracts (contact Facilities Design and Construction) Research contracts and grants (contact Office of Contract and Grant Administration) or Agreements involving clinical and physician services (contact School of Medicine Dean's Office).
